• Check-In: 4:00–5:00 PM

• Meeting: 5:00 PM (subject to change)

• Requirements:

  • Fishing License

  • Boater's Card

  • Boat Liability Insurance

  • Signed Liability Waiver (sent via text)

  • W-9 Form (for payouts)

  • WA Mussel Form

  • Tackle Warehouse Receipts (within 30 days) for $500 or $250 contingency

  • Ford Fairfield Receipt for $100 meeting contingency

  • Flight Draw Info (announced via text at meeting)

 Competition Days

Day 1: Friday, August 22 – Opening Day

• 5:30 AM: Boat Check & BAM Media Interviews

• Safe Light: Blast Off

• 3:00 PM: Weigh-In Begins

• After Weigh-In: Interviews & photos with top anglers

Day 2: Saturday, August 23 – Cut Day

• Same schedule as Day 1

• Top 10 Finalists Announced

• Contingencies Awarded:

  • $500 Tackle Warehouse

  • Payouts from 11th place and below

Day 3: Sunday, August 24 – Championship Sunday

• Same schedule as previous days

• Awards & Prizes:

  • Crown the Champion

  • Trophies & payouts (1st–10th place)

  • $500 Bass Boat Technologies contingency

  • BAM Super 60 Angler of the Year award

  • Interviews & photos with top 3 winners

 Important Notes

• Boat check and weigh-ins at the BAM Live Release Boat (5 MPH buoy)

• Morning blast-off and check-in will occur at this location each day.

• Attendance is mandatory at the pre-tournament meeting to be eligible for Tackle Warehouse and Ford Fairfield contingency prizes.

• Missing the meeting without permission = 15-minute penalty to fishing time.
